The main room is 7.64 m by 8.93 m and extends in front of the office as far as the ramp; two columns in the middle, the screen on the right-hand wall and the bar further down that wall, before the toilet door. Control room 2 is behind that wall. On the left: office, control room 1, vocal booth and live room. At the bottom, the workshop; at the bottom left, stairs and ramp, cloakroom, storeroom and exit.

FAQ
Does the price change with the format or the number of participants?
No, hire costs €350 excl. VAT for a 4-hour half day and €500 excl. VAT for an 8-hour full day, whatever the format, with no minimum number of participants. Only adding options, such as catering, can change the price.
Is catering compulsory?
No, catering is not compulsory: you can hire the venue on its own or bring your own caterer, who can use the kitchenette (bar, fridges, microwave, coffee machine). Our catering service is available on request, per person served: breakfast €10 excl. VAT, lunch €25 excl. VAT, cocktail buffet €33 excl. VAT. Menus are set out in the quote.
What are the opening hours?
Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 10 pm. A half day lasts 4 hours, a full day 8 hours. You can arrive 30 minutes before your slot starts to set up the room. The exact slot is confirmed with the quote.
Can we visit before booking?
Yes, by appointment. Choose “Book a visit”, then the day and time that suit you: the team calls you to confirm.
Does sending a request book the date?
No, the request lets us check availability and prepare the quote. The date is booked once the quote is accepted, on the terms it sets out.
Is the room ours alone?
Yes, for the whole time booked. The soundproofed recording studio next door may be in use at the same time: you will not hear it.
Can we play music and bring our own equipment?
Yes, the venue is soundproofed and has a PA system, microphones and a video projector. List the equipment you are bringing and the connections you need in your request.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, the venue is not wheelchair accessible. Please mention any particular needs of your participants in your request.
How does payment work?
No payment is required with the request. 50% deposit on booking, balance before the event, by bank transfer, cheque or cash. The cancellation terms are set out in the quote, before any commitment.
What if I need to cancel or postpone?
Cancellation and postponement terms:
- Up to 15 days before: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded.
- 14 to 7 days before: the deposit is retained.
- Less than 7 days before: the full hire fee is due.
- Postponement: once free of charge, if requested at least 7 days before, to an available date within 6 months.
- Catering: final numbers 3 working days before; meals ordered are then invoiced.
