Privacy
This page translates the page Confidentialité. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Your request
Nothing is sent until you click “Send my request”. Your answers are then passed on to the venue operator and recorded in its sales management software, Dolibarr, installed on the same server as the site. They are used to answer your request, prepare the quote or visit and follow up your file. Sending does not book any date.
An email with your request is sent to the venue’s contact address, which is read in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. If you give a date, the request also appears on that day in the operator’s Google calendar, with your name and the details of the request. An acknowledgement with your request is sent to the address you gave.
The confirmation page keeps your request in memory until you reload or leave it; nothing is written in its address or in your browser’s storage. The PDF summary is made by your browser: nothing is sent to create it.
If sending fails, the “Send by email” button opens your email app with the summary addressed to that same address. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself; the email is then handled by your email provider and by theirs.
Retention
In Dolibarr, your request is kept for three years after our last exchange if it does not lead to a booking. If it does, the quote and invoice are kept for ten years, as accounting law requires. Your IP address is kept for only ten minutes in the server’s memory, to limit abusive submissions; it is not recorded. Before sending, the form fields stay in the page’s memory; reloading clears them. The date and number of participants chosen in the home page panel are kept in the tab’s session storage so the form can reuse them; they disappear when the tab is closed. A downloaded summary is kept on your device.
Legal basis
Your request is processed to follow up your quote or visit request (pre-contractual steps), then to perform the contract if you hire the venue. Keeping quotes and invoices meets a legal obligation. Limiting abusive submissions relies on the operator’s legitimate interest in protecting the site.
External services
Photos and fonts are served by the site itself. The directions link opens Google Maps only when you click it. Likewise, the video filmed at Cross Liner, in the gallery, loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com domain) only when you click its picture; YouTube then processes your viewing under its own rules. The site and the management software are hosted by OVH SAS on a server located in the European Union (Italy); the host keeps its own technical logs. The venue’s emails go through the mailbox of the crossliner.fr domain (IONOS). Gmail and Google Calendar are provided by Google, which may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US data privacy framework).
Audience measurement
No advertising or audience measurement tool is installed, and the site sets no cookies.
