Offers and booking
Hire costs €350 excl. VAT for a 4-hour half day and €500 excl. VAT for a 8-hour full day. Optional catering is charged per person served, at the prices shown on the site; VAT is 20% on hire and 10% on catering; menus are set out in the quote. No booking or payment can be made on this site: only an accepted quote books a date. 50% deposit on booking, balance before the event.
Cancellation and postponement:
- Up to 15 days before: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded.
- 14 to 7 days before: the deposit is retained.
- Less than 7 days before: the full hire fee is due.
- Postponement: once free of charge, if requested at least 7 days before, to an available date within 6 months.
- Catering: final numbers 3 working days before; meals ordered are then invoiced.

In the event of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: SMP, Société de Médiation Professionnelle, reachable online at mediateur-consommation-smp.fr.
